The summer is smoothing out.
Every week we keep having great visits with the boys. Guy and DJ were out of town on a three day scout biking trip down the California coast.
I didn't feel safe taking the boys out with me alone what with my gimpy knee and all.
The perfect substitute was a box of ice cream Drumsticks!!!
All the boys LOVED them. Then we spent forever on the swings in the backyard.
perfect.
We went to the local University for the annual fireworks show this year with some friends! What a luxury to just sit...people watch....eat snacks and enjoy the evening.
A few nights later, DJ and I went to a free jazz show in the community ampatheatre. It was seriously fabulous show!!!
We are all safe, happy and grateful.
