Started the process of re-evaluating Spencer's classroom placement. First stop....Functional Behavioral Assessment. Someone needs to some in....see what is happening during the day, how the aides are interacting with Spence, look at the functional structure and determine if there is anything we can tweak.
Then the fun starts.
He is definitely frustrated and the staff is struggling to adapt to his personality.
They don't have the same problem at home so it is obvious that he is running them through their paces. The only question is whether they are prepared/able to adapt and make changes that will work.
we shall see.
